As the movie opens, we get to see an accident spot. A girl (Prayaga), who was hit by a speeding car, is bleeding.
While some men decide to take her to hospital, she dies by holding the hands of a young violonist (Naga) and by looking into his eyes.
As Naga returns to his home, he starts experiencing the difference. Yes, the girl has become a ghost (Pisasu) and haunts Naga's house.
As events unfold, Naga comes to know the reason behind the girl's death and in the climax, the Pisasu herself takes an unexpected decision.
